Question
can you please tell me which university will be best to apply for aeronautical engineering courses with reasonable tution fees?

Answer
Generally, state colleges are cheaper than universities or private schools.  Do a google search on engineering schools, check the websites of those that look interesting, and compare tuition and living costs.  Most schools provide an estimate of those costs.

You can save even more by taking your basic liberal arts and math courses at a junior college and transferring to an engineering school later.
