Question
I am doing a report about Aeronautical Engineering and need to know what this job includes, how much of what type of education is needed, what is the annual salary, and where can I receive a job in this career. I would really appreciate the information.

Answer
Aeronautical Engineering involves research and development of aerospace products, especially aircraft and aircraft components.  See Boeing or NASA websites for details (  http://www.nasa.gov/home/index.html ).

You need to study as much math and science as possible in high school, then complete a degree program at an engineering school offering aeronautical engineering.  Starting salary is between $50,000 and $60,000 per year with a B.S. degree, higher with advanced degrees.  Jobs are offered in the aerospace industry, automotive industry, and NASA.
