Question
Dear Sir,
I am studying BEng Aerospace Engineering in one of the university in UK. I was wondering that UK has a 3-year Hons degree and compare to that all other universities around the world have 4-year (including US).
Is it possible for me to switch after completing my 3-years course in UK to the final year in US or Canada to get multiple degree in Aerospace Engineering?

Answer
Possibly. But the only ones who can answer that definitively are the schools that you might be interested in.  They all have different requirements.  Check websites and search for entrance requirements for your department or registrar of new students.
