I can't speak for Germany, but in the U.S. all aerospace companies have teams of computer programmers writing code that may involve aeronautics one way or another.  A graduate degree in computer science might get you such a job unless that job required a U.S. citizen for security reason.  Check company websites for job opportunities and requirements or try to find a contractor to aerospace companies such as Boeing.

Although you are called a computer engineer, getting into a graduate program in traditional engineering with a computer science background is much more difficult because you probably haven't had the basic engineering and science courses.  Check a school website and see what department requirements are, for example, in aeronautical engineering.  You might have to go back and get a bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering if you really want that type of graduate work.
