Can you please be more specific in your wording, as I'm not clear what you are asking. Please note that, as it says in my profile, I'm not able to answer questions aabout study in countries outside the UK, as I have no knowledge of their setup.

I teach all of the above at the University of Hertfordshire, UK, as a Principal Lecturer (17 years), previously Senior Engineer at BAe Dynamics (now MBDA) (11 years)
