Question
I am ding my enginnering course in computers.I want to do my higher studies in aeronautics. Is there any feild in aeronautics related to computers?what course should i join in aeronautics for my better future?

Answer
Many computer people work in the aerospace industry as engineering is very dependent on computer systems.  But to do graduate work in aeronautics in the U.S. you need an engineering or possibly a physics degree.  See engineering school websites for details.
