Question
If I do Electronic Communication can I do Aeronautical science.  Other wise please advise which course I have to take up

Your question is unclear.  At what level of education are you referring to.  You can probably enter Aeronautics at the undergraduate level.  For graduate work, Electronic Communication is probably not adequate preparation.  Check with your school of choice to be sure.
