Question
i have a final semester project and we are planing to do it on the braking system and ABS of an aircraft...so i want to know what things should be kept in mind while making such system..n what all things we need to start the project?

Answer
The critical design requirement for aircraft brakes is that they must stop the aircraft on takeoff if the aircraft loses an engine at speed V1 (before rotation speed) and must abort.  Obviously, the aircraft must stop before the end of the runway. I assume that engine braking is not allowed for this design requirement.  And the runway might be wet or icy.
