Question
what is the difference between astronomical and aeronautical eng.
about cosmology and in which program it is included.

Answer
Aeronautical Engineering is the study of flight and related technologies.  Astronomical refers to astronomy, the study of planets, stars, the universe in general - usually by the use of telescopes and other instruments.  I know of no field called astronomical engineering.  Cosmology refers to the cosmos - the study of the creation and development of the universe and all its many components.
