Question

i want to do aeronautical eng and then become a pilot , but that takes a long time .
I have heard that we can do aeronautical eng and pilot training simultaneously . and moreover only few countries have that offer.

There are few shortcuts in life.  It takes at least four years to get a true aeronautical engineering degree.  You can get a pilot's license in a few months, but is takes years to acquire the skills and experience necessary to be a professional pilot. That might take years in the military for example.  I know of no way to shorten the process, but so what - life is a journey.
