Question
Lift/Drag ratio is 1 for 2 different airpalnes
what effect does it have on efficiency parameter for total aircraft aerodynamics.
Thrust to weight is  3 and 6 for 2 different airpalnes
what effect does it have for total aircraft propulsion

Answer

Your questions are a little hard to understand.  You want a high lift/drag ratio for an aircraft, but how that relates to efficiency is unclear.  Efficiency of what ?  You need to define your terms better.

An aircraft with thrust to weight ratio of 6 would have twice the thrust of the same weight aircraft with a thrust to weight ratio of 3.
