Hi Paul thankyou for getting back to me so promptly. I would like to say that I am used to boats as the family go water skiing a lot. Definitely not a pontoon. Too stubby, and the fins,very small in regards to the rest of the thing,  I think, would slow it down. Although under water might be different. My 8 year old grandson says it's a UFO, LOL. Can I Email a drawing to AlExperts? I am really intrigued.

Yes Ruth, many people attach sketches to the questions they send me.  But I don't know how it is done.  Perhaps the AllExperts people can tell you.  I'd be curious to find out myself.
