i am the student of  electronic and communication engineering .
can  electronic and communication  engineer (graduate)do the aeronautical  engineering in post graduate level in usa and uk?

All the schools I am familiar with in the U.S. require an undergraduate degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or similar to enter a graduate course in Aeronautical Engineering.  There may be exceptions - check websites of engineering schools for exact requirements.
