Question
i want to someday attend u of michigans aerospace program, and i was just wondering what are some good preperations concerning this?  the highest math ive ever taken is trigonometry II.  math is what scares me the most, is calculus 1-3 extremely complicated?

thanks for your time

Answer
You can take calculus in your first year at the university.  It is not hard but requires consistent study habits.  I would not be scared, but ready to dedicate my efforts to study and learning math and science.  Math is the backbone of engineering, so you need to feel comfortable with it at some point in your study.  And the best way to do that is to keep working at it.  It is really no harder than learning a language. Good luck.
