Question
hello, what kind of wing would be reasonably good for a low level (5m of altitude) and low speed (20km/h) and stable flight.
i'm going to use the plane for aerial photography.

There is a lot more to wing design than altitude and speed.  You haven't told me anything about the aircraft such as size, weight, range, propulsion system.  In any case, for that low of a speed you will need a very light wing with adequate area and camber such as those used for man-powered aircraft.  That might be a good place to start.  See for example:  http://www.skytec-engineering.de/hpa.htm
