Question
Hi Paul

I am a final year Aeronautical Engineering student from South Africa.  I am also a Canadian permanent resident.  I plan on moving to Canada at the end of 2010.  I have already found out that our degree is accredited in Canada.  I wanted to know if you could give me any advice on where to start looking for work for next year.  I am mainly interested in Aerodynamics and Flow Research.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Anneke

The only aerospace company I am familiar with in Canada is Bombardier in Quebec.  They build excellent airplanes.  The Canadian government also has research branches in aeronautics (NRC) that are located in Ottawa I believe.  They are well respected.  You could find them on line.

Best of luck.
Paul
