RESPECTED SIR,
  I AM AN INDIAN. I WANT TO DO AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING AS MY CAREER. IS THERE ANY ENTRANCE EXAM AFTER 12TH STANDARD FOR TAKE ADMISSION IN AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING IN INDIA AND IN USA? I WANT TO TAKE ADMISSION IN GOVERNMENT COLLEGE. SO PLEASE TELL ME LIST OF SUCH COLLEGES. I CAN TAKE ADMISSION IN INDIA,USA AS WELL AS IN UK. I ALSO HAVE LONG WISH TO JOIN NASA. SO PLEASE GIVE ME PROPER GUIDANCE.

I don't know about India, but U.S. graduate schools do not have an entrance exam, but may require the English proficiency exam (TOEFL).  Entrance to an engineering department depends on your academic record. I cannot list all the schools - do a Google search on engineering schools U.S.  Read the website and contact the school of your choice for exact admission requirements. I suggest not typing in all capitals - to an American that is like shouting.

As for NASA, visit the main NASA website.  U.S. citizenship is required to join NASA.
