Question
Hey, am currently pursuing a degree in bachelor of science majoring in computer science and minoring in mathematics. I would love to pursue a masters in either aeronautical engineering or aviation science preferably the former. According to my degree course which one is better for me? If neither then how should i proceed?

Answer
In the U.S., graduate work in aeronautical engineering usually requires a bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical or aero) or a science degree such as physics.  Check the website of the school of your choice for exact entrance requirements.  I am not familiar with aviation science.
