What would be the minimum and maximum salary of an aeronautical engineer ?
I know nothing of India. In the U.S., salaries depend on many things - education level and grades, experience, location, communication skills, citizenship, etc. A beginning aerospace engineer in the U.S. might start at $53,000 to $63,000 per year according the following website:
