Question
how can me a  mining engineer branch off into Aeronautical engineering. (am a graduating student at the University of Zambia)

Answer
Marvin
I assume you would have to find an engineering school that offers aeronautical engineering and enroll in that program to pick up the courses you need for that degree.  I am unfamiliar with schools in Africa and cannot suggest where such a school could be found, though you could certainly find many in Europe.
