       i am doing bachelor in electrical. I like to do master in aerospace/Aeronautical with specialization in structure or Propulsion or Aerodynamics in USA if not in which I can do
please list the college in which i can do

I doubt that a bachelor in electrical is adequate preparation for graduate work in aeronautics.  However, I am not a university admissions officer.  Do a google search on engineering schools U.S. and visit websites of interest (e.g., U. of Washington - Seattle). You can find requirements for international students, but may have to contact the engineering department of choice to see if you qualify.  Here is a short list of top schools, but there are dozens more:
