hi ,,iam from nepal,,and reading a level,,,my objective of reading a level is to aid to achieve my goal.i want to be aeraonautical engineering,,,as my info is correct theres not significant colleges offering aeronautical degrees in nepal,,leta say ,,not a single one,,so ,,what do you think might be the best country to offer aeronautical degrees for the student like me ,,,,i meant to say from such developing nation,,,

I suppose India would be the closest and probably offer courses taught in English.  Japan has good schools but you would have to learn Japanese.  Australia would be an excellent choice.  I'm sure there are others. It is really a question of cost, distance and language.  It's up to you.
