Question
can a degree in english or actuarial science go into M.Sc. astrospace engineering?

Answer
Probably not, though I do not know what actuarial science is. (Predictions of life expectancy?) Most graduate aero engineering departments require a B.S. degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering or a strong science degree such as physics.  But I am not a university admissions officer.  Check websites of schools of interest to find entrance requirements, though you may have to contact the individual departments to see if you qualify.  I would start with U. of Washington-Seattle, but there are many more around the world.

Thanks.
