I have just finished my IGCSE exams and i have received my grades and they are:

Physics: A*
Chemistry:A*
Biology:A*
Math:B
Information and communication technology: B
Business studies: C
English: D with grade 2 in oral/Aural

So i wanted to know if these grades are sufficient to enroll in one of the best Aeronautical engineering colleges in the US.

If you can also can you tell me what are the best aeronautical engineering colleges in the US that would also allow me to enroll into the program.

Except for the D in English, your grades are pretty good.  Visit engineering school websites and search on entrance requirements for international students.  Here is a list of the top ten aero engineering schools in the U.S. (supposedly):

Many of these are pretty pricey, but there are many more to choose from.  Each state has at least one good school.  I would recommend U. of Washington - Seattle, though the weather may be somewhat cold and wet for you.  Good luck.
