Question
hello sir,i am currently doing my cambridge a-level and i am taking four subjects..namely pure mathematics, physics, chemistry and economics...i have a confusion now that whether further mathematics is compulsory for me in order for me to do my aeronautics...and whether i need to sit for my SAT after this because i am planning to do my aeronautical engineering in US...

Answer
Sorry, I am not familiar with your study program (Cambridge A-level), so I don't know how much math and science you have had.  I suspect that you have had more advanced classes than the average U.S. high school student, who has been in a much weaker program than most European or Asian students.  It is in college where U.S. students tend to catch up.  You are probably currently at an advantage, though language skills are always a challenge.  That said, more math is always good. I suggest you visit engineering school websites and see what courses the beginning students must take.  You can also find the enrollment requirements such as required exams for international students.  Check U. of Washington - Seattle.
