Question
sir what is the main differences between aeronautical, aerospace and avionic engineering?can an aeronautical engineer become an astronaut?

Answer
Aeronautical engineering involves technology of flight or motion of bodies in the atmosphere.  Aerospace engineering is basically the same thing but does include space flight.  Avionics engineering involves technology related to aircraft electronics such as flight control systems, communications, and navigation.  Some aeronautical engineers could become astronauts if they qualify physically and mentally.  Even a school teacher became an astronaut. But very few people are chosen for that job.  And with the Space Shuttle shutting down, opportunities for space travel in the near future will be slim to none.
