Question
What is the quietest flying bird ?
The owl is the quietest flying bird thanks to a special wing/feather structure. During glide it is essentially silent 10 m distant. That is how the owl finds its prey at night. It can hear the mice rustling in the grass, and the mice cannot hear the owl.
