I am trying to help my son find colleges that offer aeronautical engineering bachelor degrees, also if they have any ROTC programs. Thanks

Here is a list of aeronautical (or aerospace) engineering schools in the U.S.: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_aerospace_engineering_schools#United_States
You may be able to find other lists and rankings by googling aerospace engineering schools. As for ROTC, you can cross check the engineering schools against schools offering ROTC: http://www.goarmy.com/rotc/find-schools.ALL-state.results.html
I don't know if these lists are complete, but it is a good place to start. Good luck.
