It is not for me to say if a school will accept a student.  You need to contact them and fill out the application material. Some schools have many more applicants than openings, others not so many. But generally, mechanical engineering is an excellent preparation for graduate work in aerospace engineering.  You have the fluid mechanic experience no doubt, and all the basic engineering courses. You will only have to take entry level courses in aerodynamics and related subjects to get up to speed.  You will probably have to take some sort of English proficiency exam to enter, which shouldn't be difficult for you but I see a few mistakes in your note.  It would pay to brush up on your English since you will be studying with native speakers. Good luck.

Thanks.
