Question
Sir, I am  an diploma graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering(DECE). Can you tell me that can I join B.E in Aeronautics after doing diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering?

Answer
The best place to get information on college admission is from the college website or chairman of the engineering department you wish to join. However, in the U.S. even a college undergraduate can join an Aeronautical Engineering department if their grades are sufficient, so I would think you would be eligible to study for a B.S. degree. I am not sure what a B.E. degree is.
