dear sir,
i am m.vidyasagar completed my B.E in mechanical.now i am doing a job in a company which deals with designing and commissioning of thermal power plants in Hyderabad. I have great desire to do aircraft designing.so,i would like to know is there any courses on aircraft designing which is equivalent to M.E/M.Tech in any Hyderabad college and also can you let me know the above course mentioned can be done via distance/correspondence/part time and i also let me know that after completing course in any mode will it be equivalent to full time or not.

hi sagar,

very good question. I want to clarify some facts.
Mtech (Aero) is not a must to get a job on aircraft design. Any Mechanical Engineer (UG/PG) is a qualified structural engineer. Hence, Ur choices are many.

U Can do Mtech (aero)Part time or distant education, but i am not sure any hyderabad colleges, exactly

Part time mTECH

Anna University ME Aeronautical Engineering (Part-time & Distant education)

Osmania University - PGRR Centre for Distance Education, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh - May be Mtech (Mech) only

U may take up Aero courses through distant education exams conducted by Aero nautical Society of India.

Any part time /distant education course is definitely not equivalent to full time course. It only gives U more knowledge & slight edge over BTech graduates, O.K.
