Question
Hi
Can u plz tell me that what are the effects of fuselage and engine on vibration characteristics of an air plane.
Will it has any thing to do with the mode shapes of lower frequency.
I will really appreciate if u reply me today.
thanx

Answer
Hi Adeel
Fuselage and engines have everything to do with vibration of an aircraft.  Imagine a beam with an oscillating load at the tip.  That is a wing and engine.  The interaction occurs at low frequencies.  The vibration can be catastrophic.  Damping is critical.  U r welcome.
