Question
How would you explain the difference between aeronautical engineering versus aeronatical science to a high school student?  Correspondingly, the career opportunities for each?

Answer
Aeronautical engineering is a profession dealing with the design and development of aerospace vehicles.  Aeronautical science refers to the subject of aeronautics from a scientific point of view.  It is a general term much like biological science or science of chemistry that refers to a field but not a specific profession.
