i am a graduare of mechanical engineering in nigeria i want to know if i could do a masters in aeronautical engineering and which universities are suitable for me.

Yes, I assume you could study for a masters in aero engineering. You would need to examine the academic requirements of the school of your choice. The top engineering schools in the U.S. are listed here:
