sir, is there any institute in india that offers an AERONAUTICAL ENGG. degree after 4 yrs of course or does any institute offer only a degree which  is just equal to this degree ??? sir ,i want to join in NASA as an AERONAUTICAL engineer is it possible that i can join after persuing this above mentioned degree??

I know nothing of the Indian education system.  I do know that you must be a U.S. citizen to work for NASA, and jobs are hard to come by.  You might be able to work for NASA as a contractor, but you would have to contact the various contractors to find job requirements.  Check the NASA websites.
