Question -
what kinds of job we can get in aeronautics what kind of aeronautical degree is capable to get jobin any where in world.

Answer -
Hi Saurabh

There is a wide range of jobs available, from structural design, to avionics design, to aerodynamics, project management, repair and overhaul, and many others - too many to list. A good degree will open the door to most of these.

One of the issues in getting a job is that many employers really want experience, but without the job you can't get that experience. The solution is to take a degree that includes some time out in industry, usually the third year in UK-type degrees. This is known as a sandwich degree, and the eyar out is an industrial placement (like an internship). In most countries, you would be paid, and should make sure you are doing a real job of work, not just making the tea.

It matters to some extent where the degree is studied, as some Universities have better reputations than others. However, some Universities have a reputation for doing practical degrees, where the graduates will emerge with skills that make them highly employable in industry, whereas there are some that are famous, but do not have this practical basis, making their graduates less attractive. I couldn't name names, of course.

As with all engineering degrees, you will need strong mathematics, as this is the basis for much of the teaching.

I hope this helps you.

Regards, Ray

You should aim to get a degree in aerospace engineering, aerospace systems engineering or mechanical engineering (mech is actually the best option if you are not certain about aerospace, as it allows you to work in other engineering industries as well). As far as companies are concerned, if you want to work in India, the major companies should be well known to you, or will advertise in aerospace magazines. Any airport will have a lot of small companies in and around it, and maybe some of the larger ones as well. If you would like to work abroad, then the major players like Boeing and Lockheed Martin in the USA, Bombardier in Canada, and BAE Systems in the UK are the main companies, but there are literally hundreds of smaller companies here and in other countries.
