Now that the US tour is underway and Joes's leg is all healed
up, and because of a European tour 09 rumor, will there be any
UK dates? or even europe added to the tour? Thanks.

At this time, an Aerosmith European tour is just a rumor and no shows outside of the United States have been confirmed by the band at this point.
