I would like to find out why AreoSmith on several concerts have only postponed the event--I was to attend a concert in Tampa,Fl. on July 11th--bought good tickets from Absolute Tickets out of Ca.--which is a private company--  With the concert just being postponed and not cancelled  the company refuses to refund--??
I get these tickets because of the day-time----location--
Doesn't seem fair to the fans--that they our out the money and that the concert may not be rescheduled at a time which they can't attend--The only ones that make a profit are ???? who--
I am moving out of Florida at the end of September--and probably will have to forfeit my money---So who is to blame???

The company is refusing to refund your money for those tickets because the concert is going to be made up at a later date. If the concert were not to be made up, then you would get a refund. That's how that works unfortunately. It's greedy and inconvenient I know.

I don't know if anyone is to blame really. Aerosmith only cancels shows when they absolutely cannot perform. You wouldn't want to see Aerosmith unless they were healthy and at their best.

It's an unfortunate situation but that is how the refund policy works.
