good day, could you assist me in putting a value on one of Stephen's scarves off his mich stand. I have one and would like to put a value on it for my insurance company. I also have an autographed harmonica from Steve as well...

There's no way that I could know for sure as to how much Steven's scarf would go for. I'm not sure how much the harmonica would go for either.

I can say that Steven's scarf would go for thousands of dollars. The harmonica would go for at least 1,000, maybe more.

You have two desirable items to say the least.

If I were you, I would price them higher than what you think they would go for. They'll probably sell.
