Aerosmith/Line Up
Expert: Ross Viles - 6/23/2010
QuestionLine Up from album Get A Grip was the song that brought me to Aerosmith. When I first wanted to download it, I recorded it from YouTube. It was the original album version, not any of the remixes (Smokey Bar Mix or Butcher Bros. Mix) but after the end of the song there was something like an outro (I think Steven was singing something like ,,This is the end of the line, where sun never shines"). I canīt find that version of Line Up anymore. Was the outro original part of the song? Or is there any other remix not known to me? Where can I get it?
AnswerRatislav,
I've done some searching about the version of "Line Up" that you speak of. I know of only one version of "Line Up" and that's the "Line Up" studio version off of "Get A Grip."
The outro song that you speak of is an unreleased Aerosmith track called "Where the sun never shines," which is a song that can be found on YouTube. The studio version of "Line Up" does not and never has contained that outro at the end of the song. What you heard must have been a very rare and special kind of download and I would not know where to find that particular version or download.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Sincerely,
Ross
