Why can't I buy/find the Rocks album anywhere?  I can't find it in shops, I can't download it from any legal store (eg. 7digital, itunes), I'm even striggling to find it in the illegal sites?  Is there something different about this album?

I'm not sure why you've had such a hard time finding Rocks. I was able to find it on Amazon and I've attached the link for you below. If you cut and paste the link into your browser, it should send you right to the purchase page.
