Question Hello Ross,
can you tell me facts about the song "face" out of the album just push play: What was the inspiration for this song? What is yelled at the beginning of the song and my main question- the meaning of the song: is it about a woman the "protagonist" really fell in love with or is she just any woman who offered sex and canīt be forgotten.
thanks for answering my question

Answer Claudia,
The song "Face" was on the international album version of the album "Just Push Play," when it was released in March of 2001. "Face" was also available for a limited time on the U.S. release of the same album. The song never made the charts and is known by very few fans.
My best guess and I could be wrong, is that the inspiration for this song came from a personal experience that Steven Tyler had in his life.
At the beginning of the song, "She tied me up with love" is yelled out by Tyler.
You're on the right track with the meaning of the song. The song talks about Steven Tyler being powerless towards a woman who has complete control over him. The song talks about the woman leading Tyler on and then leaving, only to return again to do the same thing.
