Question
QUESTION: dear sir
plz send me ur MAIL ID i want to be in touch with to know about avionics and systems integration. i also want to get ur advice for more challenging oppurtunities in systems integration in aerospace.

ANSWER: Sorry I don't give out my e-mail address unless necessary. However I will answer your questions best I can. It appears your questions are related to employment. Getting into NASA directly may be a problem. Experience must be gained by working for companies that do or may be doing business with NASA. Was working for Grumman aircraft at the time they received the contract to build the LEM. Got transferred over to work with NASA by accident. Building the resume is what is important. Was Excepted to work with them because of the reputation I received while working as a flight engineer. Sometimes you need to use the back door to get into a position you what. Avionics is growing exponentially. Things you learned in school are probably outdated by the time are ready for employment. That is why it is essential to get a job in the field at any level and work you way in. Or out as in my case where I quit to open my own Avionics lab. When I opened my lab with were using tubes. Then transistors to IC's. Never ending changes that always required more schooling. A little joke. I always told my doctor clients. They only dealt with two models, Male and female and even then many parts were interchangeable. Whereas I faced a barrage of models and component updates.
If you have any specific technical questions I will try to answer them.

QUESTION: since this was my first question on this site i think i didn't put my question in proper way. I have been working for One years in aviation industry which does design and manufacturing of aircraft in India.my field of expertise is integrating various Line replaceable units(LRU's) to the communication bus.And developing software to handle the communication between the Main computer and the LRU's. I want to be a part of expert team of NASA to meet new projects. I have developing software for MIL-STD 1553 communication protocol and also application software. I wish to be a part of NASA  (Engineer/ Scientist)team. At present i'm working as Engineer(Design).

ANSWER: Actually I answered your question. As I recommended getting a job with a company that has ties with NASA is the way to get started. You cannot expect NASA to hire you with such little experience. May I bring it to your attention that you are writing software for a computer using an operating system that might be different than what you are familiar with. I have no idea as to what platform they are using at this time. Have no idea as to the degree of software level you are writing at. For all I know you may be writing programs in Basic. Unfortunately I cannot help you but perhaps someone in the computer section may know the language used by NASA with respect to their operating system. This will give you a heads up as to how may achieve your goal. Because NASA does not normally use outside companies perhaps getting a job here would be the first step.

QUESTION: C and C++ are the languages that i use. The operating system platform used to develop software is VxWorks  a realtime software development programme. I'll be geraful to u if u guide me and help me know the companies woking together with NASA. please tell me about Boeing becouse Boeing has outsourced it's many projects to our company.I also want to know  salary pacakge that i would get woking in USA based aircraft company.

Answer
Think you have missed the point. I am not an employment consular. I answer technical questions, but you keep coming back touting your abilities. You need to consult an employment broker. If as you say Boeing has outsourcing work to your company then maybe you should try contacting the Boeing representative at your company. One must visit your facilities from time to time. This is what I was writing about when I said try using the back door. If the Boeing rep finds you have something to offer he will transmit this information to his companies resource officer. Good Luck
