I am looking for ideas regarding my research proposal for the aerospace master, can you help? my experience in Hydraulic field, and my bachelor degree was in information technology and computing. I have A&P FAA license.

Why don't you think about the systems that you work(ed) with as an A&P mechanic and then determine what it would take to simulate it...  there may already be software to do it, but from there you could determine if you could run some experiments with the software or if none exist (for reasonable cost of free) then you could write some of your own....
