Question
what is avionics?can we call avionics engineer also aerospace?
aeronautical engineer?if yes then why?

Answer
Although not really my field of expertise, I'll give you my shot at it....  avionics is the area of aerospace that deals with instrumentation, electronics, and aircraft control...

I would not call an avionics engineer an aerospace engineer as there are many aspects of aerospace that someone knowledgeable of aircraft avionics could/would be ignorant of...  likewise there is a lot of avionics technical knowledge that aerospace engineers are ignorant of..

I'd say, keep them separate...

Thanx,
