Question
The wire connecting the tc200 main intercom with the box for the rear
passengers headsets was damaged by our seat track. The tc200  is hard
wired in but I was able to unplug the rear intercom box from the tc200
main intercom. I stopped at a tv repair business(first mistake) to simply
have the cord shortened. Evidently the wires were resoldered to the wrong
prongs on the plug as everything works but the rear passengers can not
be heard. Is there a electronic schematic available so the problem can be
resolved.

Answer
It appears that many people are looking for this manual because Telex no longer supplies one. I found this while searching. Give it a try. If you still cannot find one give me another shout. Find it hard to believe any one would have a problem repairing the cable. The wires should be color coded. Even the military that used all white wires labeled them. Several sites that referred to the TC 200 returned the TR 200 manual instead. Sure hope the wiring error did not do any damage? Here is the reprint. Marc
Try AEROTECDATA.  Located at www.aerotecdata.com.  They have had
every tech manual that I have ever asked for.  Now one was a bit costly but I needed it so I paid the fare.  I have gotten tech manuals for avionics gear and electronic test equipment from them.  Give  them a call or E-mail them.
