Question
I have done B.Tech in Aeronautical engineering from India and looking forward to do masters in Aerospace engineering from UK. So I have following question regarding this :

1)   I got two areas of interest that is CFD and structures (composites) for masters, so looking at the current conditions  and upcoming development in the field which one would be good for me with respect to job opportunities ?

2)    Does UK really offer plenty of job opportunities in this industry, specially opportunities related to my area of interest ?

Answer
I would say (from my experience at our university) that composites are hot right now.  As for whether there are jobs in the UK in composites, I can't say.  In the US "composites" has reinvigorated the structures industry (which is 'or was' a very mature field)....   On the flip side, the hot area in CFD now is computational design....

Just a little insight...

Thanx,
mj
