"hello sir i had finished 12th std. my pcm marks is 86.67% i want in isro or nasa. what are the qualification required for me. can i do b.tech in mech engg and m.tech in aerospace engg.

Some of what you ask, I am not qualified to respond to....  that said, sure you can get a bachelors degree in ME and then a masters in AE...   I would say that your chances of getting into NASA are better if you get your masters in the US, as for the bachelors it does not really matter...
