Aerospace/Aviation/Private aircraft landing on International and Domestic Airports

Dear Marc

According to the aviation rules, laws & regulations, Are Private owned airplanes, helicopters allowed to land on international or domestic airports ?.

Special cases for private aircraft emergency landing on international and domestic airports can be considered as clauses in aviation laws ?.

Awaiting your reply,

Thanks & Regards,
Prashant S Akerkar

Private aircraft can land on any airport except private airstrip. In every case prior permission is required. Large airports are controlled by air traffic centers so you cannot enter those areas without proper clearance. Private planes can also land on military airport. But again permission must first be approved. Private planes must always land at airports with customs stations if entering foreign countries. All airplanes must be equipped with the proper equipment to enter certain airspace To monitor their positions and altitude.
