Sir,
   I am Going to complete my 12 year school under 2 years and intrested to get
admission in 2008 at Aeronautical Engineering Universities which also permits women in.
  So it is requested to kindly tell me the names of universities in America
related my subject question.

You can find a listing of the all universites in the United States offering aeronautics and related majors at the University Aviation Association website. Here is their link-

As far as which universities are also open to women- they ALL accept women. A school canot discriminate against a student based on sex.
